Confirmation is the top most important fact in the Post Interview Process. It minimizes the overall hazards regarding recruitment of any post. This must be made confirmed that the selected candidates are interested in joining the company on specified dates.

Such confirmations are great safety measures besides being the formalities. In case a candidate did not confirm about joining the job on any specified date, substitutes must be kept for the position or post, to avert the making of recruitment for the post again.
