Step for Pre Interview

A. First step is to select panel members for an interview.There should be atleast 3 panel members for an interview.Panel member's qualifications should be more than the position required and must be aware of the duties and responsibilities of the position required.

B.Second step is to select a member who will guide panel members about the roles and responsibilities they have to follow during interview process.That person will organise meeting with panel members and ensure the full participation of members in an interview.

C. Panel members will review the roles and responsibilities and the qualifications required for an interview.

D. Conduct telephonic interview of the candidates and schedule the personal interview of the candidates.

E. Provide directions for interview location.

F. Facilitate the interview process.
