Telecalling to Candidates

Calling to the candidate is the second important section in pre interview process.
After short listing and scrutinizing the resumes, the telephone- calling is made to inform them that they are short listed and invite the candidates for the interview.

The conveying of information about the interview must be properly concise and formal. The number of candidates called for the interview on any day must be chosen conveniently low; so that each candidate could be given ample time to express him / her self.
